An inclusive queer friendly space for a late afternoon into evening of sapphic energy and exploration. We have some nibbles & socialising in the lounge area along with massage chair, cuddle puddle and spanking bench. In the past we have had wax play, pet play, play with sex toys and spanking in this space.

The bedroom offers a more intimate area, as well as cross for impact and underbed restraints for bondage. In this space we have had flogging, canings and harder BDSM style play, plus group sex. You do not need to engage in sex at the event at all. But do be aware others may wish to.

You're welcome to bring some drink or food for the fridge, but house drinks and snacks are provided. It's a very chill house party vibe. ACCESS Location is accessible to those with most disabilities. Lift to apartment, and good amount of space for a wheelchair to maneuver in. Seats at different heights provided. No strobed lighting used. Please note there is a house cat in the space- in case you have allergies. He can be looked after if needed, so if this is a barrier to you coming please let me know.

PARKING Parking at Rouen Road, Wensum Lodge, Clarendon Road and can pay for extra at Morrisons.
