A few of you will know this event has been in the works since last year, and we really feel like we have found a beautiful venue for what we are trying to achieve: an event with a more luxurious enviroment, a curated dinner and BDSM with a ton of sexiness thrown in. We want people to be able to indulge in kinks such as Clothed Dominant/Nude Submissive (CDns), High Protocol/Etiquette, Predicaments, Domestic Servitude, Free Use etc. We want to explore what it would be like to run a Fetish House that feels immersive, erotic and creative.

We have both Dining and Non-Dining tickets. 

Those dining recieving early access to the event, and dinner entertainment.

7PM - ENTRY FOR THOSE DINING

Enough time to find us, get settled and locate your dining seat, and say hello to the other chosen guests, of course. Our Butler or Maid will be there to take your coats and help you to settle in.

7.30PM - DINNER SERVED WITH ENTERTAINMENT

A three course meal with entertainment between courses. We have a vegan and gluten free option for each course, where possible we will be finding our ingredients locally and sustainably.

8.45PM - ENTRY FOR NON-DINING

We ask that those not dining be prompt in their attendance. Our Butler or Maid will be there to take your coats and help you settle into the cosy lounge.

9PM 

A welcome toast in the lounge to all attending- a free glass of fizz and reminder of the House Rules. Lounge has plenty of sofa space, a wood burning stove and a choice item of furniture or two for you to live out your domestic service and impact fantasies! From here, feel free to enjoy the night how you wish, you my choose to relax and be pampered, engage in whatever play you like. If you have a particular scene planned, let us know so we can help facilitate this.

9.15PM 

Main dungeon spaces opens for play:

The main loft dungeon has strong beams throughout, suitable for rope suspensions suspensions. It also had a king sized bed.  We will be stacking this space full of furniture, impact equipment and all you will need for a gorgeous play session.

Secondary "Red Room" also open for more intimate play, again with a king sized bed, retraints and another piece of furniture. Contraceptives, lube and gloves all free. Bedroom has an en suite which can be used for watersports.

10.30PM 

Downstairs dining room transforms into another play space for wax, needles, massage and electro play. House staff re happy to offer demos.

"Invite Only" bedroom play space opens, please only enter this room if invited to do so. (door will have a sign on)

Midnight Performance by our resident artist (tbc) - we are hoping to have a shibari or burlesque artist join us.

06:00AM

Party ends. The train station opens around this time too for those who do not have a lift home.

Remember that this is a private airbnb, please be respectful of the space and try not to leave the staff with too much cleaning. If you plan on a scene that involves wax, needles, watersports, mess or sexual fluids, we would expect you to take the relevant precautions and have a towel or two handy! (We will have a sharps disposal, bins for contraceptives and potentially a spare towel if you forget, just ask staff).

As this an event where we expect a good level of protocol and etiquette, so we expect submissives to be asking to be on furniture, for example. At very least offering their seat (with disability as an exception, of course)!

LOCATION & TRAVEL

The location is the centre of Woodbridge, and will only be handed to those with a ticket. There is overnight parking nearby after 6pm, so long as you get back to your car for 6am the following morning- then a short walk to the venue. Woodbridge also has a train station too, with it being a 5-10 minute walk to the station. 

ACCESSIBILITY

The venue has steep flights of stairs, so unfortunately is not recommended for someone with mobility disabilities.

As always, we will be having non flickering lighting, immersive music and seats at multiple heights. If the music is a trigger we re always happy to change things up to accomodate.

All bathrooms are gender neutral.
